CE & CSR/ACCOUNT MANAGER APPRECIATION LUNCHEON
The IIAD CE & CSR/Account Manager Appreciation Luncheon will be held on Wednesday, October 18th at the Bent Tree Country Club-5201 Westgrove Dr. Dallas, TX 75248.
Roy Phillips (Myron Steves) and Robert McCabe (Thompson Coe) will present 2 HRs of "Cyber Liability".
For the CSR/Account Manager Appreciation Luncheon, Stacey Lemons (MHBT) will be the guest speaker. Her topic is "It's Magical".
CE is FREE

ROY PHILLIPS- MYRON STEVES
Roy L. Phillips has been in every aspect of the Insurance Industry since 1961. He served as Underwriter, Adjuster, Branch Manager and Vice President of a Regional Company. Roy has been an active Agent since 1982.
Phillips lectured on Insurance coverages at the University of Houston for 12 years and has written extensively concerning the Duties and Responsibilities of Insurance Agents and Companies. He is often retained by Errors and Omissions Carriers in the Defense of Allegations made against Agents arising from Breach of Standard of Care. He has represented both Agencies and Companies in a litigation role since 1984. He is a Designated Party Arbitrator approved by the American Arbitration Assn.
Roy served on active duty with the original Green Berets, and spent many years training those units. He retired as a full Colonel at the end of his military career.
