This online registration form is secured utilizing the highest level of encryption and security possible. This means you can rest assured that communications (e.g. credit card numbers) between your browser and this site's web servers are private and secure. Please note that your credit card will not be charged until you hit submit.

 

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

  • Confirmation of your registration will be sent via automated email.
  • Receipts will be available by email for credit card purchases or hand written and mailed if payment by check or cash.
  • Cancellations will be taken up to 48 hours prior to any event for credit towards another IIAD event. Refunds will only be available 72 hours or earlier prior to any event. There will be NO CANCELLATIONS less than 48 hours prior to any event.
  • Anyone who does not show for the event will be charged.
  • IIA Dallas members and guests, with the exception of registered sponsors and exhibitors, are not allowed to bring and/or distribute collateral material other than business cards to any IIA Dallas event, be it a monthly meeting, special event, networking event, stand alone event etc.  Anyone violating this policy will be asked to leave by a board member or staff and the collateral will be confiscated.  A letter stating this policy violation will then be sent to the individual(s) with a copy being kept on file at the chapter office.
