The Young Agents represent the preservation, perpetuation, and enhancement of the Independent Agency System.
Who are the Dallas Young Agents?
The Young Agents committee is a group of highly motivated Insurance Professionals under 40 who come together to develop closer relationships with fellow agents as well as company underwriters in and around Dallas. Goals of the Young Agents:
- Include all insurance industry professionals 40 years or younger.
- Encourage participation from all IIAD member agencies, companies, and brokers.
- Help members develop business relationships and personal friendships within the insurance industry.
- Increase participation in IIAD sponsored events and increase awareness of IIAD resources.
- Raise public awarness of independent agents through civic and community involvement.
