Tai Williams of Texas Mutual

Tai Williams is a Customer Engagement & Training Specialist with Texas Mutual Insurance Company. She began her career in insurance over 13 years ago as a commercial underwriter and soon became a trainer. During her tenure, Tai has served as a trainer for agents, underwriters, and service center representatives. Tai is a native of North Carolina; however, throughout her insurance career, she has lived in Virginia, Iowa, and now Texas. She is a licensed P&C agent and holds a Master of Education degree. Tai is a newlywed and enjoying married life.

CE Credit Hours

This course is approved for 1 (one) CE credit hour.

In order to gain CE credit for this course, you must:

  1. Be in attendance for the duration of the course.
  2. Answer three poll questions which will be asked, at random, during the course.

If you fail to attend the entire course or fail to answer any of the poll questions- CE credit will not be awarded.
