Missy Payne, Survivor Finalist 29th season

CBS TV show Survivor, Season 29 “Blood Vs. Water” finalist and Dallas native, Missy was faced with the daunting task of building alliances and fostering successful team efforts in the midst of extreme emotional and physical stress. Missy’s 39 days on the island enhanced her tools to build trust and respect in all of her relationships, at work and at home. But long before Survivor, Missy was surviving. Through her experiences on her life journey she has identified seven character traits that when unlocked can help you discover new insight into yourself, build a healthy working tribe, and find unique ways to serve your community.

Joe Cala from Chubb -1 hour of Product Recall

A leading voice in a highly specialized industry segment, Joe Cala serves as Vice President overseeing operations of the Product Recall and Contamination Practice for Chubb Group of Insurance Companies. Chubb is the world’s largest publicly traded property and casualty insurance company with operations in 54 countries and territories.

Recognized as an industry subject matter expert, Joe’s knowledge and insight on the product recall market has been regularly shared at national events including The Wholesale and Specialty Insurance Symposium , The Food Safety Consortium Conference, and numerous continuing education events across the United States and Canada.

Uniquely positioned as having spent the entirety of his career associated with the product recall market, Joe brings a perspective that reflects not only strong underwriting expertise, but also the leadership and innovation that serves to continually differentiate Chubb within the marketplace.

Nicole Limpert from Evolve - 1 hour of Cyber Security

After beginning her insurance career in employee benefits on the agency side, Nicole Limpert became interested in the young and ever-changing cyber market. Out of Austin, TX, Nicole serves as a Production Underwriter for Evolve MGA and is responsible for underwriting new cyber risks, establishing and maintaining broker relationships throughout the Southeast, and conducting educational-style presentations to teach insurance professionals on the complex cyber landscape. Outside of work, you can find her cooking, staying active, and traveling whenever possible!

Josh White from Evolve - 1 hour of Cyber Security

As a second-generation insurance professional, Josh White serves as a Production Underwriter for Evolve MGA. He is a proud alum of Florida Atlantic University and carries a Registered Professional Liability Underwriter designation through PLUS. On the risk management side, Josh is a certified Cyber Risk Manager through The Institutes. From start-up ventures to publicly-traded companies, Evolve helps identify, manage, and transfer commercial cyber risk. In addition to his role at Evolve, Josh is an active continuing education provider for The State Bar of Texas, American Subcontractors Association, Texas Department of Insurance, and more, on the topic of cyber insurance. When asked how he spends his free time, Josh says the quarantine has allowed him to dramatically improve both his short game and ping-pong skills. No more three putts!
